Payment & Refund Policy:

APT requires 30% of the total price of the trip as a reservation fee due at the moment of reserving a tour, from which half is non-refundable. The total amount of the trip is due 60 calendar days before its initiation. APT reserves its right to cancel any reservation if the total amount of the trip has not been paid before 60 days of the initiation date of the tour. If a reservation is made with less than 60 days before departure, the total amount of the trip is due at the moment of doing the reservation. Cancellations made with more than 60 calendar days from the initiation of a trip, will have a full refund, which does not include the non-refundable fee. Cancellations made with more than 45 but less than 60 calendar days before departure, will have a 50% refund of the total price of the trip. Cancellations made with less than 45 calendar days from the initiation of a trip, will not have any reimbursements. Cancellations must be made in writing. The Company requires all its clients to show written proof of travel insurance. If proof of travel insurance is not provided, The Company reserves the right to cancel the client’s reservation without any reimbursements. The Company will not cancel any trip with less than 60 calendar days before the initiation of it.
